Groundwork Lawncare was founded in 2009 with one goal in mind: give West Park, FL property owners landscaping work that blends technical skill with real attention to detail. Unlike a national chain, every project stays in local hands — the same person who plans your landscape also oversees the install and its long-term upkeep.
Sixteen years in, we've come to know the soil, climate, and native plant life of the West Park, FL region inside and out. That local knowledge guides everything we do — the fertilizers we choose, the grass varieties we recommend, and the drainage solutions we design. The goal is always a landscape that keeps improving through the seasons, not one that only looks good on installation day.
Our crews are full-time staff who keep learning — horticulture, plant health, irrigation systems, and client communication are all part of ongoing training. We invest in our people because lasting craftsmanship starts with a team that genuinely cares about the work.
Our staff hold current certifications in turf care, landscape design, and irrigation installation.
The crew that installs your landscape is the same one maintaining it, keeping the original design intact over time.
We shift our schedules, products, and techniques as conditions change throughout the year.
Every job comes with a written scope, materials list, and schedule before we begin. No surprise charges later.
From first sketch to yearly upkeep, each service reflects the same commitment to careful work and lasting results.
